Care Guide

I always recommend either hand washing with a soap made especially for delicates or dry cleaning your fine lingerie, however there are many options for you to consider should you wish to machine wash your everyday items.

Never, ever place any of your lingerie in the dryer...that is a cardinal sin for delicate fabrics and you WILL damage them or greatly shorten their life! Heat can burn fabrics, fade colors, melt gummed linings, stretch out elastic bands and misshape bra cups beyond repair. You can either hang items or place them on a flat surface to dry. The Bra Smart Smart Board is a great way to let your bras dry and retain the cup shape.

Here are three great products to help you safely wash your bras in your washing machine:

These next three are great for panties, camisoles or sleep dresses!
The second & third are compartmentalized for extra snag protection:

Contour and foam bras need extra care as the cups can be very easily damaged or wrinkled. Once foam cups get wrinkled it is almost impossible to get them out and they will show underneath your tighter fitting garments. Never fold contour or foam cup bras inside of themselves for a long period of time. Store them in a drawer either flat or stacked loosely against each other if your drawer is deep enough. If you are traveling, it is a great idea to protect them from crushing inside of a hard case. The super cute one below holds 2-3 bras and also has a mesh pocket for jewelry or other small items.

A little something for the neat freaks and ultra organized folks like me... These work great for bras, socks, stockings or panties. While you're at it, pick one up for your guy's ties, too!
